Panels for furniture and interiors

MDF. Cabinet doors, furniture and wall panels to customise.

A smooth surface for painting and a uniform structure for shaping and routing. We offer raw, melamine-faced and veneered MDF, with variants for moisture or reaction-to-fire requirements.

From panel to finished work

The colour, the shape,
the detail you have in mind.

A uniform surface helps achieve an even finish. Cutting and routing let you shape the component, from flat cabinet doors to decorative profiles.

Cabinet doors and furniture to paint

Drawer fronts, shaped cabinet doors, bookcases and bespoke furniture. Raw MDF provides a base for painting and lacquering: prepare faces and edges to suit the chosen finish.

Wall panelling and decorative panels

Frames, grooves and shapes for interior walls, panels and fit-outs. The board’s workability allows repeating components to form a continuous design.

Raw and lightweight MDF

For making the component and applying its finish in the workshop.

Standard: consider for shaped cabinet doors and routing. Lightweight: useful when keeping weight down matters, for furniture and components to be faced.

For deep routing, we select the panel according to the result required.

When the project has specific requirements

Moisture and reaction to fire.
Two separate requirements.

The choice depends on the environment and the requirements of the job. The sample’s colour helps identify it, but does not demonstrate performance.

Moisture-resistant MDF

Consider for furniture components and linings in humid interiors, such as kitchens and bathrooms.

Moisture-resistant, but not waterproof. Face and edge protection and service conditions must be specified for the chosen board; it should not be treated as an exterior product.

Fire-retardant MDF

For interior panelling and fit-outs where the project requires documented reaction-to-fire performance.

Tell us the required class. We check documentation, thickness, facing and installation conditions: “fire-retardant” alone does not identify the final performance.

Completing the furniture

HDF and hardboard.

A thin section is useful for backs, bases and small components. Selection depends on the dimensions, supports and function of the component.

Discuss your requirements

What would you like to make?

Tell us about the job and the result you want. We help identify the range and specify the panel to request.

  • Application and environment
  • Panel type and desired finish
  • Thickness, panel size and number of panels
  • Routing or specific requirements

Panel sizes and thicknesses describe the usual range, not every possible combination. We confirm availability, product characteristics and lead times in the quotation.
