For packaging manufacturers

Materials for crates and protective packaging.

If you make crates, bases or protective packaging for goods, we can supply panels and timber. We assess plywood, OSB and raw particleboard to suit the contents, weight and transport conditions.

Panel cutting

From full sheets to the parts on your cutting list. The cutting plan considers dimensions, quantities and grain direction to make better use of the material.

Planing

Evens out surfaces and brings timber to the agreed dimensions, ready for further machining.

Profiling

Shapes timber for strips and other components, based on the profile required.

Multi-rip sawing

Cuts boards lengthways into narrower pieces, such as strips and semi-finished components.

Material, geometry and the required result help us assess each machining request.

One-off and repeat orders

The range helps us handle different jobs. For repeat requirements, we agree quantities and supply frequency.

Planned delivery

We agree the destination, access and unloading as part of the supply. We take your requested dates into account when planning deliveries.
