Panels

Cutting to size and optimisation.

We cut whole panels into parts for furniture, shelves and other projects. We use your list of sizes and quantities to plan a cutting layout that makes good use of the material and reduces waste.

To complete the component

Surfaces, profiles and edges.

We can assess the machining your project needs alongside the choice of material.

Planing
To even out surfaces and bring the timber to the required section.
Profiling and moulding
To form a shape along the length of a piece, for example for frames and mouldings.
Edge banding

Working with us

Material and quantities.

We also consider enquiries for one whole panel or timber element. Larger orders and established customers receive scheduling priority; feasibility and lead times are confirmed in the quotation.

You can choose material from our catalogue. Machining of customer-supplied material is reserved for selected companies and must be agreed in advance.
