What you can make

Build, line
and fit out.

The large panel format covers broad surfaces. Indoors, the pattern of the wood strands can become part of the design.

Walls, roofs and subfloors

For sheathing timber-frame walls and creating a continuous base beneath roofing or flooring. In timber buildings it can also help brace walls, as specified by the design.

Interior linings and fit-outs

Partitions, exhibition stands and furniture for shops or workspaces. Left exposed, OSB gives interiors a distinctive look; prepare the surface to suit the chosen finish.

Crates and packaging

For the sides, lids and dividers of custom crates, with thickness chosen to suit the contents and transport requirements.

Temporary site enclosures

For temporary barriers and enclosures. Requests for permanent formwork are assessed separately, taking the concrete pour and contact with water into account.

Choosing it for
your project.

Moisture and exposure. OSB/3 is also suitable for humid conditions, but it is not waterproof. Protect it from direct rain and standing water: it is not a lining to leave exposed outdoors.

Structural uses. Thickness, supports, fixings and panel orientation must follow the design and the documentation for the panel supplied. Thickness alone does not determine load capacity.
