From panel to project

Low weight, many uses.

Cutting, shaping and routing turn the panel into plain or machined components, including with CNC machines.

Furniture and linings

Sides, backs, dividers and furniture components. Poplar can be machined and faced; choose the face grade and surface preparation to suit the intended finish.

Campers and caravans

For furniture and interior components where keeping weight down is a design requirement.

Stands, displays and scenery

For cut-out shapes, linings and furniture that need to be moved. Low weight and ease of machining help when preparing individual components.

The Vela range

Choose the faces to suit the finish.

The two grade codes describe the two panel faces. Face quality is not a strength class.

B/BB

Regular range

One more carefully selected face.

The B face is more carefully selected than the BB reverse. A starting point when one side of the panel will remain visible.

BB/BB

On request

The same grade on both sides.

Both faces are BB grade, with a less selective appearance grade than B. Consider it for components to be faced, according to the surface required by the finish.

C/C

On request

When appearance matters less.

The faces allow more noticeable imperfections. Consider it for concealed parts where surface appearance does not drive the choice.

Tell us the result you want, whether the faces will be exposed, painted or covered. We will check the surface of the proposed supply.

Formats and thicknesses

Two formats, three grades.

B/BB, BB/BB and C/C follow these two size ranges. Thicknesses vary with the sheet format.
