A few places to start
Machine-rounded and pressure-treated
To mark a boundary, follow a path or support plants. We supply pine posts pointed or unpointed, in five diameters and a choice of lengths.
Ways to use them
Use them as fence posts or rails to mark out land, follow paths and divide areas of a garden.
To support rows of vines and help plants as they grow. Choose diameter and length to suit the crop and the planned layout.
For edging, boundaries and soil-retaining works. For retaining structures, post sizes and layout need to be specified in the design.
Why choose machine-rounded pine
Machine-rounding gives the post a regular cylindrical shape, helping create a fence with a consistent appearance.
Pressure treatment drives a preservative into the timber to protect it against fungi and insects. If the posts will be buried, tell us in your enquiry: the treatment must be suitable for ground contact.
A pointed end makes it easier to drive a post into the ground. Unpointed posts suit horizontal elements or fixings that do not need a pointed end.
Cuts and holes made after treatment expose surfaces that need protection in accordance with the treatment instructions.
